Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! Each piece is individually hand-crafted and hand-tuned.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products you may return the item for a refund or exchange by following the instructions below. Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt. All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging for resale. Items which have been installed can not be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be issued upon inspection by us. Please contact us for a return materials authorization (RMA) via e-mail prior to shipping anything back. All returns must have a RMA number enclosed in order to insure proper crediting, and must be shipped fully insured. Damaged Shipment or Defects in Merchandise: Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, be sure that it is noted by the carrier on all shipping documents and contact us immediately. Any claims for merchandise defects must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or replace the entire fixture at our discretion. No refund on broken fixtures, if you choose to return a broken fixture without requesting replacement, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
